Do I have to commit to a subscription?
No. Many clients choose to start with a single service visit before enrolling in a recurring plan.
What’s the difference between single service and a plan?
Single service is booked as needed. Our Weekly and Bi-Weekly Care Plans reserve your pickup window and simplify scheduling.
How does billing work for care plans?
Care Plans are billed per 4-week cycle and include reserved pickup dates. Unused weeks do not roll over.
Do you mix laundry between households?
Never. Each household is processed separately.
What products do you use?
We offer scented or unscented detergent. An oxygen-based sanitation boost is available upon request.
Do you offer stain removal?
We provide standard wash and fold service. Stain removal is not guaranteed.
Do you wash pillows?
No. Pillows are not accepted at this time.
What if I need to reschedule?
We require 24-hour notice for changes to scheduled service.
How many households do you service per day?
We limit service to ensure quality and timely return.
Is emergency linen service guaranteed?
No. Service is based on availability. We accept a limited number of emergency requests.
What items qualify for emergency service?
Sheet sets, Comforters, Duvet covers, Mattress protectors. We do not accept pillows at this time.
Can you remove all stains (emergency service)?
We provide standard laundering with appropriate oxygen-based treatment when safe. Stain removal is not guaranteed.
What is the turnaround time for emergency service?
Overnight return by 9–10 AM next day (if pickup occurs before 6 PM). Same-day service available only when schedule permits.
Do you provide replacement linens?
No. Client must supply items for laundering.
How is billing handled for emergency services?
Emergency services require same-day payment confirmation.
Do you mix linens from properties?
No. Each property is processed separately.
